BB King Announces 2010 Solo Performances
After wrapping up a winter tour with Buddy Guy, the octogenarian blues master has not slowed down and is gearing up for solo performances beginning April 19 at the Temple Hoyne Buell Theatre in Denver.
The 32-date tour will feature stops in Chicago, Orlando, Baltimore, and Memphis with the final dates ending in Canada in late November. Also look for King at Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Guitar Festival on June 26 at Toyota Park in Chicago.
The blues legend celebrates over 60 years of influential singing and guitar playing and has been ranked by Rolling Stone Magazine as the #3 of 100 Greatest Guitarists Of All Time. His most recent release, “One Kind Favor” (2008) achieved King’s highest solo debut ever.
At the age of 84, who knows how much longer this amazing man will be around, so don’t miss your chance to snag BB King tickets to see him live!
